Boutique Hôtel Collection, (referred to as "THE COMPANY") ("we", "us", "our") operates the website you are visiting (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

- Order management: the legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract (Cf. article 6.1.b) of the European Data Protection Regulation);

DATA CATEGORIES

- Identity: title, surname, first name, address, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, internal processing code enabling customer identification, data relating to registration on opposition lists;

- Order data: transaction number, purchase details, purchase amount, invoice payment data (payments, overdue payments, discounts), service rating ;

- Payment details: credit card number, expiry date, visual cryptogram (which is immediately deleted);

- Data required for loyalty and prospecting campaigns: purchase history ;


Children's privacy :

o Our Service is not intended for persons under the age of 18 ("Children").

o We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from children without verifying parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information from our servers.

- Boutique Hotels Collection's customer service and billing departments are the recipients of all categories of data.

- The people in charge of providing the service receive the customer file, which includes the customer's identity, address and telephone number.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

  • Data required for order management and invoicing: for the duration of the commercial relationship and ten (10) years for accounting purposes.
  • Data required for loyalty campaigns and canvassing: for the duration of the commercial relationship and three (3) years from the last service provided.
  • Payment data: Unless you ask the receptionist to keep your data to facilitate future payments, your information may be kept in an intermediate archive for 13 months from the date of debit, as proof in the event of a disputed transaction. This period can be extended to 15 months to take into account the possibility of using deferred debit cards.
  • Data concerning opt-out lists: three (3) years.
  • In general, this data is kept for as long as is necessary to defend Boutique Hôtels Collection's rights in court.
