Between the port of Saint-Raphaël and the port of Boulouris, Restaurant "Le Bougainvillier" offers a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean from the seafront terrace, as well as from inside the Restaurant through its large, beautiful windows overlooking the bay of Saint-Tropez.

Winner of the Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2023 award, Chef David Boyer has devised a bespoke menu to invite our guests to enjoy a true culinary experience.

The dishes prepared will delight the most demanding gourmets, accompanied by a wide selection of wines from Provence and Bordeaux, making the "Bougainvillier" more than just a restaurant: a gastronomic experience.

L'Olivier - Seaside restaurant

Facing the Mediterranean Sea, L'Olivier is the summertime restaurant of La Villa Mauresque. Open only in fine weather, the L'Olivier team welcomes you to its idyllic, relaxed setting to enjoy fresh, seasonal Mediterranean cuisine in all its simplicity.

Every day, our local fisherman Julien Loire d'Agay offers you a selection of fresh fish that we prepare in front of you on the barbecue. Our suggestions and dishes therefore depend on the daily catch!

We look forward to welcoming you to our little corner of paradise in the heart of Villa Mauresque.

A Mediterranean menu by M.O.F. chef David Boyer

Boutique Hôtels Collection entrusts chef David Boyer with the creation of the menu for the hotel's gastronomic restaurant La Villa Mauresque*****. At the Le Bougainvillier gourmet table, the Meilleur Ouvrier de France delivers a score in complicity with the fillets of local fisherman Julien Loire.

That's why David Boyer has designed two recipes for each fish, allowing the menu to adapt to the day, in a solar score. In the kitchen, it's a local boy who's in charge.
